Have your invoice ready before you pay You'll need two reference numbers from your invoice: your Client Reference Number (starts with C3######## or PEN#####) and your Invoice Number (starts with I3########). Both are shown at the top right of your invoice. Can't find it? Call us on 0800 823 338.

What you'll need

  • 2 Your Invoice Number — shown at the top right of your invoice
  • 3 Your Visa or Mastercard — debit cards accepted
Surcharge notice: A convenience fee of 1.08% of the total payment amount applies to card payments. This fee goes to the payment processor — Turbo Insurance receives no portion of it. To avoid the surcharge, use internet banking instead.

Pre-registered payee: IANZ is already set up as a payee at most New Zealand banks. Search for Insurance Advisernet NZ Limited T/A IANZ Trust Account in your internet banking to find it without typing the account number manually.
Important: Do not use a $ symbol before the amount, and do not use a comma as a decimal separator — this will cause the payment to fail. Payments must be made in NZD only.
